Rate limit: 30 / minute (shared control bucket)
Idempotency: not supported (same as delete campaign / template)

Purpose

Permanently remove a LinkedIn connection. Irreversible; no credit refund.

Side effects: removes the account from agents, clears related lead outbound state, frees the LinkedIn seat, and may pause campaigns that have no working accounts left.
