POST/accounts/connect-link

Purpose

Mint a short-lived self-connect hosted auth URL for LinkedIn. The user must open connectUrl in a browser and complete LinkedIn sign-in. Agents cannot complete login themselves — poll GET /accounts / GET /setup until hasConnectedAccount is true.

Seat / plan / team-pool limits are checked before minting (seat checks). Seat is also enforced again when the hosted-auth callback finishes.
